What to look for in a System Vendor

• Well established and experienced in implementation

• Able to comprehensively consult in the area of sales and marketing automation and business practices; then to configure and support the rollout of any new customisation, interfaces, and field procedures to support the consulting.

• A firm understanding of the business processes employed across the sales organisation

• Able to allocate appropriate staff, time and resource to ensure the successful completion of the project.

• Provide training, including for internal staff on how to configure the system internally (if required by the customer.)

• Able to meet or converse throughout the duration of the project as frequently as required, and to review the project status in order to keep personnel informed of current issues and activity.
