| Our core training for SalesLogix and Sant products is designed to be either standard or tailored to meet the
Customer's individual needs. We train our users to get the most out of
our products from both a functional and a business perspective. We run several levels of
training to meet
the needs of individual organisation's which we hold in our dedicated training
facilities in Auckland and Wellington. User Training User training covers hands on usage, familiarisation with functionality and procedures and user guide. Instructions on using the different components of SalesLogix are also included. This course also provides the end users with extended functionality and knowledge of the product and includes such things as sales opportunity management, call planning, and becoming a power user of the sales information database. Administrator Training The course is designed to meet the needs of the person responsible for the running of the system and the level of sophistication of the implementation of SalesLogix. Typically this training is done on a One to One basis, as each Customer has their own implementation designed to their organisations needs. Depending on the nature of the site and customised development we will recommend the best training for your needs, and to assist you to service users queries. |
SalesLogix Architect/Development Training
This course is designed to train a Systems Administrator, or similar person, in the development of SalesLogix. The key outcomes of the course includes the ability to develop and enhance SalesLogix base functionality, including the development and customisation's carried out by The Integrators. A knowledge of Windows development techniques and Visual Basic is required. Customised Training Customised courses involve training relevant
staff on the the specific areas of SalesLogix products that we have customised.
This can include anything from product tracking, quality assurance, support
tracking, Product order screens, strategic selling functionality, event
