ABOUT THE INTEGRATORS
After initially working with contact management packages such as Tracker and Maximizer, The Integrators became the first non-US partner for SalesLogix CRM in July 1997. Over the following 14 years, The Integrators won many top awards from SalesLogix and was made a foundation member of the SalesLogix Advisory Council. More-importantly, we implemented over 100 successful CRM-based applications across Australia and New Zealand, most of whom still use the solutions today.
After initially working with CRM-based systems to store and report on data, the company recognised the need for tools that would provide alerts and workflow based on that data. After initially working with another package, The Integrators realised that TaskCentre from UK-based Orbis Software was a clear leader in the mid-market offerings for this type of system. It combines a great graphical user interface for designing tasks with powerful tools and functionality. Importantly, it is also very affordable, highly scalable and very reliable.
In 2006, The Integrators merged its CRM and TaskCentre customer base and staff with that of another SalesLogix Business Partner to form Adexio. In November 2009, Adexio was acquired by Markinson Business Solutions.
In January 2012, The Integrators regained the distributorship of TaskCentre, and is actively growing its business through the acquisition of new customers and reseller partners.
More-recently, The Integrators has become a member of the Zoho Alliance, offering the complete range of Zoho products including CRM, Projects, and more.
The Integrators' Managing Director, Paul Roussell, has more than 41 years of IT experience, including over 15 years in CRM and 10 years in software for professional services organisations.
